ABOUT

Los Angeles native Zuriel Oduwole is best known for her development work across the globe, advocating for girls’ education, including across the African continent and the Caribbean region. In 2013, at the age of 10, she was profiled in Forbes Magazine and by 2015, she was listed among 33 women who had changed the world in ELLE Magazine. 

Having spoken across 21 countries about the power of education and met with more than 35 leaders worldwide on socio-development solutions, she always brings a unique insight to proffering solutions to educating the next generation in our world today.

In September 2022, when she was 20, Oduwole received the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon leadership award for her decade-long work on gender development, climate education, and global peace.
