She is the founder of The Arab Film Club and host of its inaugural podcast series on Palestinian cinema and cultural resistance. Previously, she presented the Palestinian narrative in an award-winning BBC documentary series on the 1948 Nakba. Her written work has appeared in Middle East Eye, Backstage Magazine, GQ Middle East, and The New Arab.
As an actor, Sarah has performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare’s Globe, and currently plays a series regular in the popular period drama The Hardacres. She holds a degree in Theology and Middle Eastern Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
