Conor O’Shea is a movement coach dedicated to helping people overcome pain, move with confidence, and live more fully. His journey began with a personal struggle—chronic pain in his 20s that nearly forced him out of the fitness industry. Feeling anxious and isolated, he reached a turning point when he chose to seek help.
In 2013, Conor left Ireland to study with some of the world’s most respected movement experts—from yogis in Mysore to seasoned mobility and calisthenics coaches in their 50s and 60s who moved with the ease and agility of athletes. Through this global education, he rebuilt his own body and approach from the ground up.
Now in his 30s, Conor feels stronger and more capable than ever. He brings a decade of experience and a deeply personal perspective to his coaching, offering tailored programs that empower clients to move better, feel better, and thrive in their everyday lives.
